the other in a moderate training tempo
with musical upbeats for most of the dances,
seperated tracks for each page of the choreography
and all the rights to use it for teaching.

I have used this CD in class with much success.
If one does not agree with the tempo of the dance,
there is an alternate tempo. Go to the site and listen for yourself!
